Usage:
4) Please clean the pipeline, nozzles and the damper with JCD special cleaning
solution before using our sublimation ink, to avoid nozzles' clogged for ink's
incompatibility
2) Stay for 20min after filling ink into the cartridge (non-sponge only) or ink
feeding system to make all bubble out of it
3) The printer setting should be checked with 'mirror Image'
4) Regular plain paper will be fine for our sublimation ink, however, we suggest
to use the specialized coated sublimation transfer paper for high quality image.
(Notice: The image quality should be judged and adjusted after heat transferred.
Don't just base the printed image quality on the transfer paper.)
5) Transfer time: around 30-50 seconds
6) Transfer temperature: around 160-180°C
7) If you have not obtain a satisfied printout, we suggest you have another try
with different coating and transferring material. The image quality also depends
on the substrate you chosen
8) Please clean the pipeline and nozzles with the cleaning solution for a long
time no using. Or print at least once a week |
